I am new to AVS Forum and appreciate any help you might offer regarding the USB port on the back of my Samsung HL-R5067W. The owner's indtructions and all the websites I have visited have not helped at all in determining if I can plus in a flash drive (Cruzer micro 2.0 gig) to play music or videos. The manual says only "service" and refers to software updates with no details. Can anyone help?

As it says in your manual, it is there for updates which never happened, but that is it's only purpose.
