Hello everyone, I purchased a used Samsung HL-S5086W last week. It worked but the picture was dim. I ordered a new bulb and the TV isn't registering the new bulb. It turns on and then the bulb and standby lights start flashing indicating it needs a bulb. While I had the cover off, I noticed a slight high pitch noise.


Can someone please provide some troubleshooting practices I can use?

I checked the power board/supply for leaking capacitors and such and found none.
