I can't get the Dolby Pro Logic II to work or the power bass on this home theater system: Samsung HT-Z422T It's from Sam's Club

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, do you know where I could get the speaker connectors for this home theater? Thanks

Samsung has proprietary speaker connectors to the back of the receiver. I found them on ebay though. I called Samsung and the guy said it was something wrong with the remote.
