my 3 MONTH OLD 67" sammy had some bowing and some convergence issues ,went on samsungs website and created a repair ticket.after 2 weeks nobody from samsumg or the repair company called to set up appointment to look at tv .finaly after 2 weeks someone from samsung called and left a message saying they were just going to replace my tv with a new one.

yesterday i received my new sammy 67" thats what i call a great company that cares about their customers
