I have a Samsung UN32D4000 series LCD TV that has unacceptable overscan. The 16:9 P.Size choice gives the best picture (there's no "Just Scan" or similar aspect choice) but the overscan is excessive, cutting off heads & bottom of screen text. It appears to be worse on some channels than others so I think it's related to the input signal resolution. It's connected to a cable box that doesn't appear to have any way to modify resolution so I'm wondering if there's a way to otherwise reduce the overscan. I have a similar issue on another Samsung LCD (different model) on another cable system using direct from the wall connection (no box).
