Samsung LE32R74BD vga pin connections?

Hi

I have a home made vga cable which works connected to my monitor, but not to the TV.

I'm trying to find out what each of the pin connections are on the vga port on my Samsung, then maybe I can rewire the cable. There's no info in the Samsung manual. Can anyone help?
