My 46" Samsung LN46A550P3F won't recall any picture or sound settings after shutting down the power. Also on power up the TV always defaults to the "TV" mode with wide open(loud) audio level. Is there a memory backup battery such as found in computers, ham radio transceivers, etc? I have done all the known reset operations, factory settings, and it is not set to "store mode"
