1) I have my Samsung plasma 43 inch PN43E450 connected to a home theater computer running windows media center at 720p. There is a small amount of black border on the screen on the top, bottom, and both sides. Is that normal? If not, does anyone know how to fix this?

2) Is it possible to have two different modes with two stored sets of color, brightness, etc.? For instance, I would have one mode for movies at night and one mode for daylight.

Thank you.

Have you tried sending the TV a 1080p signal? Have you made sure the computer's display drivers don't have overscan correction turned on?
