I just had my triple lnb installed and I hooked up my Samsung HD receiver. For some reason I am not receiving any signal off of 110 or 119. I have my dish set to oval 3, but when I test signal, it is 0 from both. If I check on one of my standard RCA SD boxes, I see a signal.


Any ideas or is this box not working properly.


As a side note, I took it to my brother in laws (he has a Hughes HD box), and tried mine out on his same connection. The same thing happened, no signal from 110 or 119.

I'd take it back to where you got it for an exchange or call D* and see if they'll exchange it...

I spoke with the person I purchased it from. He is sending me out an RCA DTC-210 (the new RCA I believe). Hopefully this one works out better. With all of the issues that i have been seeing with Samsung 360, I am hoping the switch to the RCA is a good thing. Anybody have any feelings on that?

I too have experienced this previously. Have you tried reset to defaults? That worked for me.
