I have two, yes two Samsung UN60F6350AF

and one UN50F6350AF all have been updated to current release firmware and all apps are updated as well. One UN60F6350AF is at a second home I own on a separate network. I have tried wireless and hardwired connections on all units. For some reason while playing a Netflix movie or TV show, even low res, the audio just cuts out while the video continues to play normally. This happens on all three units no matter what I am watching.

Here's my problem, I also have several Apple TVs and Rokus and WD Live TVs not too mention XBOX and PS3 that all play wireless or wired with ZERO issues. I can even stream airplay from my iPhone to the Apple TV and NO ISSUE. This is clearly a Samsung problem.

How do I fix this? I am trying to streamline my setup to simply be the Samsung on the wall minus all this other crap that I should not need.

Thank You.

The default answer for tackling NF issues on game consoles, is to delete the app, and reinstall. Even though your TVs are running the latest f/w, try reinstalling the Netflix app on one, to see if the audio dropouts continue.

Smart Hub, then highlight the app, click Tools and scroll down to Reinstall.

Oh, and check the NF app version before and after, just to see if they're the same.

Above post regarding audio may be the key. If you are using external speakers, the other sources go via HDMI through the receiver first on the way to the smart Tv. When I first got my Samsung F9000 I had no problems with other Netflix sources; but the optical digital feed from the F9000 to the receiver when using the TV Smart Hub Netflix app had audio problems. I discovered that under audio setup there was a selection for what audio signal to output. It was on LCPM and sound would cut out in the first 5-10 seconds. When I changed the output to DD everything worked fine.
