My old Samsung tuner was having problems so Samsung sent me a refurbished unit in exchange. I just activated the access card and found that DVI output is not working. I checked the output swithc at the back & everything is connected correctly. The SD output & the component output are working but there is no signal on the DVI. Is there something i need to do, like activate the output from the menu ? Din't have to do anything with my first box, so i am not sure here.
Otherwise it could be a dud from samsung, seeing as there is scratches on the box & one of the rubber feet is missing.
