Welcome to the forum. It sounds like you are operating under the popular misconception that copying others' calibrated picture menu setting values will provide an accurate, calibrated picture on your TV. Please read this "sticky" thread from the 'Links To This Forums [sic] Popular Threads' section at the top of this sub forum: 'Sharing display menu settings?.'

yes thats stupid ofcourse! i know all tvs gives diffrent calibration values, but i tried someone elses calibration and ofcourse its not 100% but it really gave a better PQ and colours, than out of the box experience. i want to hire a Pro Calibrator but i live in Holland and dont know where to find one.

thank you so much! just ordered an Samsung UE55D6500! for my wife. im stuck with my Samsung UE46C8700

! gonna be super when the tvs are calibrated!
