Further to this thread it appears that when I turn off SyncPlus the setting is not "sticky". What I mean is, after turning off the TV and then back on, the setting returns to 'On' and I have to go back into Smart Hub and turn it to 'Off' again.


How can I disable SyncPlus so that it stays off?

Uncheck the terms and conditions box for SyncPlus (same place you turned it off).

Hi. I can turn off the T&C for SyncPlus, but I don't know how to actually disable it. Can someone please help. Thanks.
