Samsung xxB650 or SamsungxxC630

Would you pick the newer LNXXC630 over last years LNXXB650 if you could get them for the same price? Is the newer Tech an improvement over the 2009 models. Does anyone know if the LNXXC630 has a glossy or matte screen?
