Has anyone seen this projector and what do you think of its suitability for home theater.

This is a 3700 lumen machine with 1280x1024 resolution that uses a 440 watt xenon bulb. It is listed with 200 ansi and 600 on-off contrast. With its high resolution and MLA the screen door should be minimal.

An interesting fact is that its bulb costs about $500 which is about $300 cheaper than the JVC bulb.

Its high light output should work well with grey screens and not produce the dulling of bright scenes that some people have mentioned.

It streets for around $14K. How do people think this would compare with the G15 and 3 chip DLP?

I don't know if anyone has seen one. It should compare favorably with the G20.
