This has probably been discussed before, but I did a search on this forum and couldnt find anything.

since is pretty cheap and with a pretty high resolution, I'm just wondering if this projector is decent for watching DVDs. If it has such a high resolution, why is it so cheap?

Thanks for all your responses.

older model heavyweight multi-media (i.e. business usage) - not an optimal design for movies in a home

Z3 w/b much more suitable

For best results use the advance search. Title search only. Use oneor two words at a time. Click on specific forum.

I have used a Studio Experience 13hd which is a Sanyo PVL 60 clone. I still think it throughs up a nice picture. But if you can get any of the current projectors I think you would be saving yourself alot in the long run.

Remember the bulbs are expensive like 400-600 bucks. Also it is alot louder then my Panny AE700.

Given that I still think it puts up a nice picture. If you could get a good deal on one it may be worth it.

Infact I have one if you are intrested.
