Since there aren't that much HD programming on SHOhd, I'll at least wait a couple of months and let the CSR's get enough training from us AVS guys first before calling for the free kit.


But the question is: of all the rumored new channels, DiscoveryHD, HDnet-2, -3, -4, etc., will they be beamed from Sat C? For those with the popular oval dish with 2 LNB's, will we be limited to only HDnet and HBOhd? Is this additional Sat C LNB essential for the future? Help!

Well nobody can answer that question definitively, but it certainly stands to reason that at least a couple of additional HD channels added somewhere down the road would be on 110.


I wouldnt lose any sleep over the prospect either way because you could just add the Sat C kit if and when you deem it necessary to get it based on what else turns out to be put there.
