Saw 4 video issue in first basement scene

I was watching Saw 4 last night and noticed a video issue with the police uniforms in the first basement scene just a couple minutes into the movie. The uniforms seemed to be a very dark blue when they looked proper, but for most of that scene they lost accurate color & detail and were way too bright. I'm not very familiar with the correct terminology, but I think this is referred to as washed out? I only noticed the problem in that one scene and have never had that issue before on any of the previous 70+ Blu-rays I've watched with my setup. (Sony 60" SXRD XBR2 & PS3) The review on High Def Digest refers to some washed out colors but doesn't say which colors or where in the movie. Anyone else have this problem?
