I can't seem to figure out something on this box. It is a High DEF DVR for Cox.



When you go to settings and there is an option for "picture Format" There is

1. Fixed

2. Auto HDMI/DVI

3. Upconvert 1

4. Upconvert 2



I can't seem to see any visual difference, but I,m not sure. I am using and HDMI Cable for my connections. Please let me know what the best setting is for this.

Its hard to tell what looks best, so it probablly doesnt matter but I would like some input from someone who has this box and knows what I am refering to.
