So here is the situation: I am building a HT w/ a totally dark 19x12 room and a Epson Home Cinema 1080 from Projector People.


I was looking between two screens, the Da-Lite Perm-Wall High Contrast Da-Mat 106" and the Carada Precision Series High Contrast Grey 106".


I have been suggested to go with the high contrast gray screens to get better black levels out of my projector since the room is pitch black anyway. So I was wondering if you guys can help me choose between these screens, or some other one in the $500- 750 range.

Oh, and sorry for the double post, but I might be able to get a bundle discount if I get the Da-Lite since Projector People sells those too.


But really, I'm just looking for my best option in the above price range, and if my two choices are accurate for my home theater setup.
