does the size of the screen size include the frame? or is it just the image part of the screen? like a 110", is that just the viewing area?

never will they give the overall size, they usually mean diagonal or image width. Most of the times it's diagonal but if anything, that's something you'd want to confirm with the manufacturer or seller.
