I have a Barco 1209s with HD 120 lenses, optimized for 8' screen width at 4:3.
As - more and more - I am watching 16:9 and 21:9 material instead of 4:3, I intend to increase screen width to 10'.
Am I right, when I suppose, that only the left and right edges might suffer a bit, because the height of a 21:9 film would not exceed the height of a 4:3 film at 8' width?
Has anybody some experience, if this is critical at all, and at which point it would be advisable to change to HD180 lenses, for example.
Or is this only a theoretical issue, and in practise I won't have a problem at all?
