I was initially going to go with foam board. But after seeing how textured it was. I decided I should go with something like flexi-white. I notice there are some sellers on ebay selling a material similar to it. I'm wondering if anybody has any experience with them. I'm going for an 84" screen.

The first one goes for $30. What worries me is that it seems to be very textured and also seems that if I decide to paint it. The paint will go through.

The second one seems too look more promising. Seems to be more like flexi-white but no close up pictures. Goes for $40 and comes shipped in a roll.

Not that flexi-white isn't a good choice too, but at your screen-size (any screen under 100"-110") if you've got a hardware store nearby you could also just grab an already perfectly smooth 4X8 lightweight MDF wall panel for about $10.

Less framing, no sanding, easier for some paints, no stretching required and it only weighs a few more pounds than the foam (5-7pounds).
