I'm trying to sell my old Tempest sub. Maybe someone can make a good use of this. It was just sitting there for more than 3 years now. If you are in Los Angeles area and willing to pick this up for $150. It's yours. This is the original Tempest Sub using PE 250W plate amp. I modded the amp to eliminate the HF and boosted 22hz region +3db (if I remembered that correctly...being a long time). It's in a 21" cube enclosure. This was my first DIY built so it's not all that pretty. It covers with a couple coats of black truckbed paint. This thing weights 100lbs plus. You will need a Van or a Truck to pick this up. I can take some pictures. I've just test it earlier and it still working fine. No problem at all.

I had the mid-q original Tempest for a couple years. It was a great sub! Would flutter my pants legs from time to time in one room I had it in.

You can't sell it in this forum though. Just FYI, someone will prolly come along and delete the thread eventually.
