Hello.

I'm looking at getting one of the new Seleco DLP projectors, but I had my media room constructed so that the throw was about 1.5. I believe the Seleco is 2.2 or greater. There are several posts describing using an Isco anamorphic lens to achieve a different throw. Would it work in my situation? Will this lens allow me to watch any format of content(i.e. 4*3 TV as well as 16*9 DVD)?

Also, my dealer says Buhl (a lens aftermarket company) is soon going to release a lens for the Seleco for about a grand. Anyone know which might be better?

Thanks!

The 200DM and 250 are 2.3x, while the 200 is 2.3x minimum.

THe ISCO will stretch your image out by 1/3...so just multiply your screen width X 1.33, and you have your new screen size.

With the Seleco, you can setup a custom aspect ratio so you never have to move the ISCO over.

Or, just get a smaller screen than you wanted...depends on your model/lumens.
