I have been looking for a CRT projector for a while now and currently have 2 available to me for about $A 2000 (USD 1300). One is a Sony VPH1252 and the other is a Seleco SVP400HT with inbuilt line doubler.
I have done quite a bit of research on the Sony and would run it from a HTPC. I don't know very much about the Seleco and the quality of the inbuilt line doubler (SIM2). The Seleco would save me the cost of building a HTPC.
Any comments on the Seleco SVP400HT would be appreciated.
