Serial connection help needed
Just received a male db9 to phone jack looking adapter thanks to the kindness of a fellow boardie.
But of cours now I can't get it to work. I used a f/f serial cable I had hanging around.. attached a f/m adapter along with the other connector described above. I put it all together, hooked it up. Changed setup to use the serial cable (doesn't need any codes??).
doesn't work.. any ideas?
