they would be different since each picture tube requires individual adjustment and the TVs may have different hardware inside............

Thanks , that is what I thought or was hoping for. I checked a TV like mine in the store and the settings were different.

This is why you want to write the values down before changing anything. I've seen people post that they changed things and didn't write them down and they want others to check their settings and relay them, but that won't always, if ever work, for the reasons Yeu states.
