Hello, I'm new to the streaming audio world, and I have done a search on this forum for answers, but still need to some clarification and your valuable opinions.

What is the best way to setup an outdoor zone to play iTunes, mp3's etc - radio would be great too.

My current setup has a dedicated HT receiver with dvd player in the house connected to 2 outdoor speakers. I get local radio and can play cd's, but need to go into the house to change discs and stations.

The ideal setup would allow me to access and play my iTunes library currently on my PC with a controller that I can take outside and see what is playing. Is Sonos the answer??

I appreciate your help

If you already use iTunes and have it wired into your home stereo so you can hear it outside just get an ipod Touch and you can use that to control everything....

thats a cheap practical solution. best solution, there is no such thing....

Sonos, and Logitech Duet are similar solutions that offer similar functionality. There are differences but all strive to accomplish the same basic goal.
