Depends on your preferences and your display...
Native On, it passes the channels in their native resolution and your TV scales them as needed for display, it may allow better PQ letting the scaler in the set do the work though you may get slower channel changes.
Native Off, it passes whatever fixed resolution you have the Directv receiver set to output at.
The rest are cosmetic settings, use what looks best to you.
