Hi guys!

Ok ive been able to understand AVCHD better and what I want to do.

I have an HD TV, I have just bought an LG BlurRay writer and a couple of BDRs.

How do I go about burning what ive captured in highest quality HD onto BDR to watch on a HD TV via bluray player?

thanks

well its formatted in avchd, so its not quite mpeg 2 or 4. usually people just burn that encoding on a dvd, all sony and panasonic blu ray players support avchd....but i guess if you want more than 1 hour of footage at once you just need to get some type of burning software that supports blu ray, such as nero ultimate, roxio or pinnacle 12

bimmerfreak, im also a fan of Bimmers (im not quite liking the new 7 series front-end).

back to the topic.

Ok, so I can literally copy and paste the files from the camcorder's HD onto a blank BDR and burn?

Can you elaborate on:

Also, a 25GB will hold how many minutes of full HD capture? (highest quality)
