Hey!
when I got my home cinema system up and running in my new apartment I tried out a dvd on the projector. The picture was really shaky and flickering! it wasn't like this in my old apartment. I use a Denon dvd5000 connected to a Denon AVC-A1se ( in the Us it's a different name but it is the biggest denon receiver) It's connected thru a s-vhs cable and from the receiver to my projector ( a Davis dpx16, brand new) I use a 10 meter (30 ft) monster s-vhs cable.
I also have a playstation2 similar connected and with this item it's no problem either with dvd's or with games!!
could it be that the denon dvd5000 sends out a weaker signal? Or is it something wrong with my dvd player?
hoping for some ideas for this problem. I also have a tv connected to the receiver and the picture there is clean and crisp from the dvd player. I also tried to connect the monster cable directly to the dvd player, but the problem was still there....
please help me out with this!!!!!
