Sharc alternative?

Seems there are alot of these extractors out now but do they really work like the sharc?

Just want to run hdmi from the shield to tv for video, then earc from tv to some device out to my older non earc receiver and get all the hd audio formats (True Hd, Dolby Atmos, Etc.)

Components...Nvidia Shield, Vizio P Quantum X, Denon x4100w

@BMLocal175 this is the original but now out of stock SHARC

When you search for earc + hdmi 2.0 this is the only one that comes up specifically with the word eArc OREI
