Sharp 43U series same engine and panel as the 41/50 series?

Hi, the new Sharp D43U series in the 32 and 37 inch sizes seem to be the same panel (from Sharp) and engine as the D41U and D50U (but not the D40U). Am I reading the situation correctly? I know the 43 series have different (lesser) connections but are they the same tv inside? Much thanks, Yasmine
