[TASPVR]

What exactly does the Phase adjustment do? I go from one end to the other and the picture does not seem to change. I change the Clock adjustment and do see a difference in the picture. I am running this with a Panasonic-91 progressive scan DVD player.

My manual says the Phase - adjusts horizantal noise(similar to tracking on VCR). Currently I have it set on zero, since I can't seem to tell a difference.
