Sharp AQUOS LC-46D62U Vs. Samsung LN-S4696D

Whats everyones opinion on these two TVs? I like the sharp, I have two sharp 26" and they are great but have heard of banding on the 62u but the one a saw in BB looked sick. Anyone that has either feedback would be nice.
