I have the 26D7U which has 1 HDMI and 1 DVI-I input. I use a SA8300HD DVR cable box with HDMI output right under the tv. I want to connect the cable box to the DVI input using a HDMI->DVI cable and use the audio cable so I don't have to keep switching between HDMI and Dolby Digital audio ouput in the cable boxes menu.

I also have a Toshiba RD-XS52 DVD recorder with HDMI output accross the room from the tv. I wanted to connect the DVD recorder to the TV's HDMI input so I won't have to run an audio line.

But I have a image position problem over DVI with the cable box. The SD (480p/i) image is centered but the HD (720p/1080i) image is off centered to the left. I know theres two options to shift the image on the Sharp but if I center it for HD then SD is off center.

Both the SD and HD image is center if I connect the cable box to the HDMI and component inputs. I've tried the cable box on all three inputs. Any Ideas/tips? Any help appreciated.
