I am a newcomer to this forum and HDTV in general - am attracted to the Sharp 37" LCD due to a variety of reasons (bright living room, freedom from fear of burn-in, etc.) The question is whether there are any substantial differences between the -4U and the new 6U models, especially in the LCD panel or video processing? The only differences I know about are the following (and none of them are important to me):
- DVI-I (6U) vs DVI-D (4U) inputs (whatever)
- Speaker location (I like the 4U "stretch" look)
- 1-bit audio amplifier in the 6U (don't care - won't use the internal speakers)
TIA!
