Wondering if anyone else is having lip sync issues?


I only notice it with my replayTV output so I think it must be a replayTV issue but I don't know. Its the only component I have connected to the projector via S-Video. Any thoughts?

I've seen it on mine. Can't say for sure what the culprit is.


It's either analog signals running thru my Samsung SIRT165 or digital (non-HD) stuff. HD is OK, which is what I use the projector for most of the time.


Now that I think about it, it may have happened when I switched over from antenna feed to cable company feed.


Will have to double check. Just wanted to let you know its not necessarily ReplayTV.


Oh yeah, DVI from Samsung to Sharp.

You are correct, it may not be ReplayTV but that's the only component / input that does it to me. Very peculiar to say the least.

I haven't noticed it on component input from either my DTC5100 STB or DVD player.

Do you have a cable you could hook up via S-Video and see if there are any problems?

I have a DVD player and two cable boxes hooked up to mine over component cables and the s-video. No lip sync issues with any of these.
