Same here at 230 hrs. In fact I am presently searching for a post I saw weeks ago about bad 10K lamps.
The lamp is dying. Now they only give a 90day warranty but at only 250 hours and if enough people here start having similar problems , we have a good case to throw a fit and get at least pro rated replacements.
Last call to Sharp was noted in other thread - no confirmation of any bulb issues. I am working with dealer now to get options. Flicker seems to be getting worse and tends to come on and off at random times during use instead of just at start-up initially.
