I noticed last night when I was watching CSI that some of the stuff in the background "shimmers". I don't know exactly how to explain it, but blurry stuff in the background looks like the pixels are dancing around.

When I watch something like Jay Leno it does not do it, but I've noticed during the opening of the show when they are panning the cameras rapidly I can see the pixelation or artifacting.

When I watch Leno or the PBS loop, I don't see the shimmering.

Is this normal? The TV is a 60" Philips 60PW9363 using a Samsug T351 Terrestrial. I get about 8 bars on CBS and 10 bars on ABC with the little Zenith arrow shaped UHF indoor antenna.
