I need to have a large (TN61X81) 61" Televison from Charlotte to my brother in Wilmington, NC. I do not have any of the original packaging, which is making it difficult finding a freight company.


ANYONE have any suggestions what options there are (preferably not including me lifting the 300 lb beast.) available for me to consider?

U haul and you will just have to slide it up the ramp. Once you have it on board, you can corner it with those moving blankets which they will probably rent you as well, and then you use some stoppers, like the rubber one's for doors. A service will just murder you on it, because just to move across town is like 150 one way.


I just repeated how we did it when we moved it accross town, and on the open road, it will be smoother. Most important, make him do it.
