If you can move it forward to 4 feet, this is an ultra short throw projector.

Becasue of it's unique lens, it is a bit more expensive.

Not many, but there are a few. Go to ProjectorCentral.com and do a "Feature Search" Choose short throw under Special Features and it will bring up several choices that you might want to take a look at. Most of them will be business models, but there are a couple of 1280 x 800 projectors that will do double duty nicely.
