They were not out of this TV in the store. But their online order refused to allow for a store pick up; was scheduled for home delivery only, but not until a week later. From the same store where I wanted to go ahead and pick it up. So I could not pick up the TV I had already paid for, and they could not cancel the online order. I had to call BB online myself and cancel the order so they could supposedly redo the sale and price match the online order. After I went to all this trouble, I go back in the store and they can no longer give me the $979 price because the online price had changed back to $1299 overnight. In spite of the receipt in hand verifying the purchase less than 24 hrs earlier for $979. But the store price was $1099 so they tried to offer me that option, but of course I said no. And the return credit back to my debit card will not post for 48 hours, so now they had my funds all tied up. So I left a very frustrated and unhappy customer. Drove 90 mins to Ga where both Fry's and Brandsmart offered me the 46D6400 for $1129. Better TV at a pretty good price. And Brandsmart also had the 46D6000 for $999 but agreed to $979. But went with Fry's deal on 6400 so happy now. Will not deal with BB again. Very bad experience.
