Should I get a 318 or a XP-30?
I just got a new GWIV 50WE620 and I need a new DVD player to go with it. I understand the 318 (or LG 7832) is a very good player that can upconvert to 720p and 1080i
This weekend I happened to see a Panasonic XP-30 at a small electronic shop. I understand that although it is discontinued, the XP-30 is also a very good player.
Which one should I get? I can connect to my TV either through component or DVI.

No question, go with the XP30 - its still one of the top-rated players. The Zenith has some limitations and problems like macro-blocking.
