Is it okay to leave a subwoofers amp on? You see I got Infinity speakers

and subwoofer, but the standby mode stopped working and I can't return it because I don't have the box. But my bass still works when I have the amp on.

So, should I leave it on or not? I could use the power button and turn it off each time I use it, but it would be a lot of trouble to do each time.

I leave my sub amp on all the time, and my standby mode still works. It annoys me to hear it clicking on and off all the time during movies with quiet and loud passages. I's been one about 1/2 a year now (minus power interruptions and vacations)
