Showtime website for HD not available

Does anyone know why the HD schedule on Showtime is not working? It has been this way for the last week or so? Any rumors of a website redesign?

Thanks!

Not a redesign. They moved between server platforms a few weeks back, and have been having numerous problems with their schedule pages, as discussed in several other threads already.

Their HD page was actually dropping out some HD films completely, and when I (and several others) reported it, they took it down to try and correct the problem. Unfortunately, it still hasn't come back yet, and there's no ETA. :(

P.S. You might consider using their Contact link at the bottom of the page to report the problem. Not that they don't know... but they may not be aware of how many people it is affecting, and it's better if I'm not the only one bugging them. ;)
I must cast a shadow of a doubt on this claim about them moving server platforms being an issue (despite the fact that their reps said it).

The guide that gives us our listings over my SA8300HD on TWC has been wrong about the "HDTV" designation on quite a number of programs this month -- there have been at least 3-4 films that I've noticed that were in HD that did not carry the "HDTV" logo. And these same films were the ones that were missing from the HDTV listing on the website. So it seems that there might me a more systemic problem there at Showtime.

Additionally, if you click on the link to get the monthly printable schedules -- http://www.sho.com/site/schedules/pdf.do (including one for "Showtime HD"), there are no listings for the "individual channels" for May (the ones for April are still up, though). There is a May "Showtime Unlmited" schedule, but who wants to wade through the listings for 8 channels to get the one that you want?

Dear Customer,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Major website renovations have caused certain errors that have affected our online scheduling pages and our “search site†function. Our web department is working as quickly as possible to address these problems.

Thank-you for your patience.

Sincerely,

Showtime Customer Service

Yeah, this sucks.

Their "Search site" function was completely down long before this... somewhere between 3 and 4 weeks now.

"As quickly as possible" is unfortunately pig-slow.

P.S. BTW, with their HD-schedule pages off-line, Showtime now has NO information on any of their HD programming. I.e., if you go to their normal scheduling pages, there is no indication whatsoever on what is HD, upconverted, or SD. :(

....add that to the non-reliability of the listings that they are providing for the cable box "guides", there is no clear way to tell if any program on Sho-HD will be in HD or not.

Last night, for example, Notting Hill was HD (AND OAR), but Europa Europa! was not. Neither were listed as being in HD in the "guide".
