Can anyone see a reasonable justification for the extra $70 (-$25 when you add in the free RAM) for the SZ68R5 model?

I plan on running either with an i3-2105, 4GB 1333, and an SSD and only for streaming media from my Plex Server (typically 1080p movies).

From what I can see the only differences are the H67 vs Z68 motherboards and the case?

Both seem support the same processors, RAM, hard drives, etc, and offer the same expansion slots and USB ports.

I don't really see any reason to upgrade, especially if it's only for streaming.

And an i3 is WAY overkill for streaming... a G530 is more than powerful enough.

One thing though, probably should have mentioned this before...

If you want to playback 3D you need an i3.

After looking into things I am coming across threads saying that I would need an i3 to bitstream audio. Is this true as well?

You've been reading XBMC forums I bet.

No, it's not true.
