SI Solo Pro 2 not charging ? -help-

Today my Solo Pro 2 magnetic rechargeable version, did not retract when using the remote. Fine, i changed the remote battery but still no signs of life...

Then i plugged the provided power cable, connected to the cassete via the magnetic hole, left it there for 4 hours but still nothing happens when i try to roll my screen.

Shouldn´t the Solo Pro 2 turn on a light to confirm its charging? That is not happening...

This is really a pain in the butt because its even blocking my regular TV

Any help or ideas folks?
