Cool, this is going to be great. I love this sub, I loved how this sub pressurized a room by itself. I would love to do the same build, but probably a bit to big for my room.

Holy bracing batman!
With the sub being so heavy and deep, do you guys think it would be a benefit to have double baffle's to screw into (i.e.-"quad baffle")?
I designed a dual opposed entertainment center a few weeks ago, but got a little too complicated with it to CNC it out...lol

rillia and i discussed that we were actually just gonna do a ring inside the innder baffle for screw grab but the braces get too close, actually some of the mounting screws will be in the vert supports the others ill just glue a piece of srap behind
Sure, like lettering or a logo or something?
Every end of brace supports the front baffle, and like Sibuna said the top and side screws for the driver will attach directly into the bracing, so plenty of wood to bite into to support that beast.
ID is 22.5" and OD is 24.5" from the MFG? Sibuna could confirm, but I remember the mounting ring being less than 0.5" wide.

I think once I can toss another sheet or two on the front that I can get pretty close, but the bracing certainly isn't near as pretty
stoked to see where this goes...
BTW, is there not a general Minidsp thread somewhere or did it die somehow?

I prefer to use yellow glue and iron for large sheets easier to control from my perspective.

That is Gorilla83's cnc machine down in south philly. I have realized, I don't need my own personal cnc, it would get me in WAY too much trouble. So I am going to hold off for now....
